Aaron Rudie For Mayor – Aaron is a lifelong Cache Valley resident, successful business owner, and proud father of three. He built Aaron’s Elite Auto Service from the ground up and has served Smithfield through more than a decade of civic and youth leadership. As Mayor, Aaron will bring the same integrity, work ethic, and accountability to City Hall that he’s built his life and business on.

I am honored to call Smithfield home. As a long-time Cache Valley resident, husband, father, and grandfather, I have a deep personal investment in the well-being and future of our community. For nearly two decades, I have owned and operated Aaron’s Elite Auto Service, where I’ve learned firsthand the value of hard work, fiscal responsibility, and delivering results for the people who depend on you.
Public service has always been a part of my life. I have served as Vice Chair of the Local Teenage Republicans, County Precinct Delegate, State Delegate, Vice Chair of the Cache County North District, and as a member of Utah’s State Central Committee. I also dedicated 10 years to the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, including 8 years in leadership roles guiding young people through mentorship, discipline, and service. This experience has instilled in me the values of teamwork, discipline, and service, which I believe are crucial for effective leadership in our community.
